with a degree in Business Administration. I have always had

Vicente - Head Veterinary Assistant
"I started working here in 1997 as a Kennel and
Technician Assistant. I've loved animals since I was a kid and
always dreamed about how exciting it would be to work with
pets. Animal Medical Clinic gave me the opportunity to realize
those dreams and I've been working here ever since. I am now
the head Technician and am also in charge of ordering. I love
my job and I will be here to help your pets have a great, healthy
life with the help of everybody at Animal Medical
Clinic."

| Jessie - Receptionist I started working at Animal
Medical Clinic in April of 2009. Being able to be surrounded
by adorable animals everyday is so much fun! I have two
boxers; Gnarles and Precious, and two cats; Pancake and Floyd.
If I had the room I would probably try to take in every animal I saw
in need of a home!

Lysken - Veterinary Technician "I have always been a huge
animal lover, I grew up in the country taking in any strays
and injured wildlife that came my way. Prior to relocating to
Southern California in 2005 I worked with Hunter/Jumper show
horses. I've volunteered at numerous rescue organizations and
therapeutic riding facilities. I have been working at Animal
Medical Clinic since December 2006. Working with a team who
treats all animals like their own pets has been amazing. I'm
loving every moment of it!"

Lacy - Veterinary Assistant "I first started
at Animal Medical Clinic as a volunteer in December, 2007.
Since then, I have had the fortune of becoming a part-time staff
member. I have always enjoyed being around animals and, as a
child, had hopes of becoming a Veterinarian. Being able to see
the practice first hand has only made those hopes stronger. I am now positive of my
future career goals. I enjoy coming to work every shift and it
feels great to know that I can be a part of helping
animals."

Maribel - Medical Records
"I started here as a receptionist in February 2005 and soon
was promoted to medical records. I love pets, especially
Boxers. I love their faces; they look so peaceful and
happy. I like how everybody works here, greeting everyone with
a smile, and helping anyone I can assist. We have an excellent
team. We strive to do the very best every single day."

Effram "Effie" - Hospital Cat
 I've been
living here since 2008 and really wouldn't know what to do anywhere
else! I like begging for food and getting into things I
shouldn't - if it's left out it must be mine! If I can't reach it, I
must, because it's mine! If it's put away I'm indignant,
because, yes, it's mine! I have my own fan club in our window
facing Artesia; people stop and knock on the window and ask for
me. I love showing off even though I pretend I'm indifferent.
